Reviews and Ratings <br />
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the lovely views from my room and the fantastic spa facilities. The swimming pool was a highlight, set against a stunning glacier backdrop. However, I did find the dining prices quite steep, which detracted a bit from the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was quite dark and on the smaller side, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. However, the view of the mountains was lovely. While the service was helpful, especially from one specific staff member, there were a few hiccups, particularly with cleanliness and the bar pricing. Nevertheless, the spa facilities were a nice touch to unwind after a day of hiking.
During my stay, I found the location incredibly convenient for skiing, with a bus stop just steps away to access lifts and town. The ski rental shop in the hotel made everything easier, and the spa facilities were a nice touch after hitting the slopes. However, the service could be improved, as I faced issues with my room's heating and door lock. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, but some areas left room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the bar area and lounge were lovely, and the live DJ added a nice touch to the atmosphere. However, the room I was placed in was incredibly noisy, making it hard to relax after a long day of skiing. Additionally, while the facilities like the pool were nice, the overall room layout wasn't very functional for a family stay.
